The location was great, staff were excellent. Air-conditioned rooms with facilities like heating, an iron and a study table. Moreover, there was a free WiFi. Relaxing base for a short break. And it's at a medium distance from downtown.
The bed was hard.

people working there were helpful. the kitchen had everything we needed. right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. there is restaurant cuesta del bacalao at the premises.
